Vietnam is a wonderful country with exceptionally beautiful people, inside and out. I have been particularly moved by the strength, courage and power of the women here. They play an integral role in the socio-economics. The girls and I had the privilege of going on a market tour and cooking class with the women of Hidden Hanoi. They shared with us the role of the woman in the market place, the job market, in marriage and in the military. Specifically at the market, women buy ingredients twice a day to cook fresh meals, the sell produce and look after the children.
